Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days. However, there are times the shipment of your order might be delayed. We do our best to keep you updated on the status. Once your order has been shipped, your package should be delivered within 3-7 business days using our standard shipping method.

Ordering

Ordering is made simple with our one page checkout system. You have the option of creating an account and simply placing an order without creating one. However, we highly suggest you create an account, because you'll have access to many of our account features unavailable to those who checkout as guest.

Viewing Orders

You can view your order details, your order history, and your order status by logging into your account. You even have the convenience of reorder items. If you use guest checkout, you do not have access to this feature.

Updating Account Information

You may update your account information at any time by going to the account center and logging in. Under the "My Account", you have the option of updating your Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Email. If you use guest checkout, you do not have access to this feature.
